Cabochon WM Himalaya had twin bucks on Valentine’s Day and they are both polled.
Laya milked 1,012 lbs in 287 days last year as a first freshener. She is really rocking it this year as a second freshener with 4.2 and 4.7 lbs on her first two tests. Some of Laya’s strongest traits are her shoulder assembly, correct legs and feet and her beautiful angularity. She has a very high udder scoring 35 in udder height as a first freshener. I also love her medial (24) and her correctly placed teats (23).
The sire, Cabochon SIG Marco Polo AI *B, excels in general appearance and dairy character. Marco’s dam, GCH (pending) Cabochon Amelia 3*M VEEE 91, is one of those classic does that just gets better and better as she matures scoring VEEE 90 as a four year old and then VEEE 91 as a six year old. I really love Amelia’s foreudder – she scored a 41 in 2022. She also has good Rear Udder Height scoring 35 and her Rear Udder Arch scored a 35 as a four year old. Amelia consistently scores Es in her rear legs and Vs in rump.
Marco is sired by the 2015 ADGA Spotlight Sale Nigerian Dwarf Buck, Heaven’s Hollow Sig Sauer. Sig Sauer’s dam, SGCH Wyojem Wendy Kiki (EEEE 91), is a Superior Genetics Grand Champion who has many outstanding accomplishments including: 2012 National Reserve Best Udder, 2013 National Champion Nigerian Dwarf, 2014 Top Ten Milk Production, and LA of EEEE 91 at 8 years old
