Prosecco combines strong dairy character, great angularity and openness with a pedigree with Superior Genetics awards on both sides. His dam, SGCH Carl B’s OH Sweet Champagne *M (VEEE 91) achieved her permanent championship at only three years old. His sire’s dam is SG AGS Pocket Sized TB Xara (VEEE 90).
We used Prosecco on several does before selling him 2018 as a Jr buckling. I kept three of his daughters and was so impressed with their udders and production that I jumped at the chance to buy him back in 2021. His daughters have excellent udder attachments, strong medials and correct teat placement along with high production.
